Quality and professional surveyors, would always recommend!

We had a really good experience using Flint Surveyors, and I would definitely recommend. We heard so many contradictory tales of other companies in our local area, and were really concerned when we needed one. We had a recommendation to use Flint, and we couldn't have been happier. Jonny was quick to respond to our enquiry (greatly appreciated), incredibly patient with us, explained everything and was more than happy to answer all my questions. The report we received was really high spec, thorough and comprehensive. I felt confident that we were armed with all the necessary information to move forward. We did not have to wait long for the report either, which was really appreciated. The fees were actually very reasonable. We had been advised by our EA what to expect to pay, and there seemed to be a noticable variance between firms. I honestly can't see what else another company could have provided to warrant the significant price difference. We would definitely use Flint Surveyors again, and I will recommend them to my family and friends.
